Living in La Bonanova

Panorámica de la plaça Bonanova

For the people of Barcelona it is well known as one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods of the city located in the upper area of Barcelona. A neighbourhood in the Sarrià - Sant Gervasi district, La Bonanova is characterised by its well-known square, where the Bonanova parish church is located, which eventually gave its name to the current neighbourhood.

The Bonanova neighbourhood is one of the most important areas to buy houses and flats in Barcelona, due to its wide range of options in terms of property types. In the upper area (above Passeig de la Bonanova) it has a wide area full of semi-detached houses and villas, townhouses or detached villas. In the lower area of Passeig de la Bonanova and around it are classic estates of high quality construction, with spacious and bright flats. Many of these high-rise flats have views of both the city of Barcelona and the Collserola mountains.

Living in La Bonanova is a great choice for families looking for proximity to important schools, neighbourhood activity and good services in general. It is a spectacular neighbourhood to invest in peace and quiet in a big city like Barcelona.
